Walker tips Tottenham to challenge for quadruple

Kyle Walker believes Tottenham are capable of winning every trophy they compete for this season.

Tottenham finished third in the Premier League last season after failing to sustain a title challenge, while they exited the Europa League at the last-16 stage.

They also lost in the fifth round of the FA Cup, and the third round of the Capital One Cup.

But Walker believes Mauricio Pochettino’s side are strong enough to challenge for every trophy this season, including the Champions League.

“We’re in it to win it, as they say,” Walker told Football Focus.

“We’re in all competition and we want to win all competitions. We don’t go out there and say, ‘we’re not going to win this one today because we’re thinking about the other game.’

“With the depth of squad we have we can go out and attack every game and play the way that we play, knowing that if we’re not fit for one game the cover is there.

“Hopefully we can go far in each competition; I’d love to show my two little boys that Daddy’s won a medal with Tottenham. Hopefully it can be this season.”
