Middlesbrough: Away to Nottingham Forest on Tuesday

Former midfielder Proctor spent two years at Nottingham Forest under the legendary Brian Clough, but is hoping to inflict a further dose of misery on the locals at the City Ground, who saw their side lose 4-1 to Millwall at the weekend.

Ahead of Tuesday night's npower Championship meeting, he told Boro's official website: "I had two years there as a young player under a certain Brian Clough.

"I joined them from Boro when I was 20 and I was only there for two years.

"I have many fond memories - but hopefully we can go there and give them another bad day and continue our own good form."
