Sean O'Driscoll: Looking to turn draws into victories from now on

The Reds have shared the points in seven out of their 15 Championship games this season, more than any other team in the division.

Ahead of his side's Saturday lunchtime kick-off against East Midlands rivals Leicester at the King Power Stadium, O'Driscoll said: "We need to turn draws into wins and I am still not sure if we understand how to do that.

"There is no magic formula, you do not just push a button and make it happen. You have to keep doing the same things, look back at the last game and ask yourself what we did well. But that is a difficult thing to do in football.

"We were intelligent against Middlesbrough [on Tuesday night]. We played in the spaces well, we manipulated the ball well and always picked the right options. I would definitely be happy if we went to Leicester and produced the same level of performance."
