The hosts took the lead after eight minutes through Steve Morison's 20-yard strike but Forest equalised when Andy Reid lashed home.

The Lions regained their advantage after the break when Martyn Woolford struck but on-loan Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah drew the visitors level again on 66 minutes.

"That's six unbeaten at home but we now have to transfer that home form to away and that's put down a marker for me," said Millwall boss Lomas.

"You can go away and get beaten, that's the nature of the league, but it's the manner in which you get beaten that matters.

"I'm pleased that the Den is starting to become a fortress again. We want to try and give the home support something to shout about.

"We want teams to fear coming here but we've now got to transfer that home form into away form to try and shoot us up that table.

"It was good to see Martyn Woolford back on the scoresheet. By his own standards he's probably slackened off a bit in the last four or five games.

"He's a superb pro, he'll give you everything even when he doesn't play well. I was delighted for him, it was a fantastic finish."

Morison put Millwall ahead early on before Forest captain Reid caught out David Forde with a speculative 30-yard effort on 37 minutes.

Woolford then scored his third league goal of the season 11 minutes after the interval before Chalobah had the final say when he headed home Reid's corner.

"That was sloppy, we gifted them two goals," said Forest boss Billy Davies.

"We showed excellent fighting spirit but there's no doubt that we had one or two players that needed a game, including Chalobah and Reid.

"Andy Reid put in a good captain's performance, that's what he does, he's a very good player. He's a player who just needs minutes in the game.

"This is a very difficult place to come and get points and it's a very hard-fought point.

"We're patched up with injuries, I know we are. To play Chalobah, (Greg) Halford and Reid, as I said, they need minutes in games. We're football managers and coaches, we're not magicians, we'll do what we can.

"Chalobah has been injured, he needs minutes and games. He's like one or two of our young players who need education and they'll keep getting it.

"Chalobah is one who you can see has got a lot of quality and he just needs to get up to speed with the Championship and understand what it's all about."

ou can't blame De Gea for wanting to leave, he has enough to do in front of goal as it is as well as taking on the role of Man Utd's version of Derek Acorah in trying to contact and organise a defence that isn't there.

f you want to take six points off Arsenal, then that's a great strike force. Can't imagine either of them showing much for the rest of the season though...
