Liam Ridgewell: Looking to pick up points

The Baggies, who entertain Chelsea on Saturday, are lying fifth in the table with 20 points from their opening 11 matches.

Ridgewell believes Albion are there on merit but wants them to ensure they do not tail off.

He said: "I think we deserve to be there. In fact, I think we deserve to have even more points, to be honest.

"We've done really well but the main thing is to keep that going and show people it's not just the start of the season.

"We are going into a lot of games now with the Christmas period coming up shortly and we've got to try to keep it going and picking up points."
