The title and relegation battles may be settled, but it is all still to play for in the fight to secure a top-four finish. Arsenal are favourites to record a victory at Newcastle which will see them secure Champions League football next season, while Tottenham are odds-on to keep up the pressure by beating Sunderland.

Everton manager David Moyes says he will wait until the summer before deciding on his future at Goodison Park.
m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.
afa has to be favourite for the Everton job now, surely :) He'll realise his ambition to live and work on Merseyside again, get the best out of whoever plays for them, maybe win some cups and be thoroughly loathed by the toffee fans. What's not to like? Go ead, Ken, gimajob!
hat is arguably the least inspiring England I have ever seen. There is not a single name in that list that makes me think I might actually want to watch this team. Not a one.

He 'wants to see how the team do'. Ergo he has received an offer from another club, or is hinting that he's looking for one. Either way, he's off unless Everton finish 3rd or 4th

Petulant_Radish what choices would you have reviewed by Abramovich? To me there is one albeit a biggy and that was appointing Benitez. As for Moyes he should go abroad, France/Holland maybe? Not sure really but personally I wouldn't want him at the team i support.

@ pa___ul Did you just compare David Moyes to Brendan Rodgers?

@pa_ul, with the greatest bit of respect I'd say referring to your comment as a template for mediocrity is a massive understatement; so what you are saying is that Moyes should remain at Everton and not aspire to manage a bigger club because he has no European experience and he probably won't be given the time to entrench his methodology and ethos in a bigger club despite leading Everton to a European finish on at least 7 different occasions in the last 11 seasons with the minuscule budget he has at the club? I just want to be sure that's what you are saying.

I think he'd be crazy to leave Everton, they're perfect for each other. As we've seen with the whoppers already calling for Rodgers' head you don't get the time at the bigger clubs and I'm certain he'd need that to instil his work ethic and methodology. What's more, he has hardly any European experience which must surely be a prerequisite for a champs league club. I think any step up now could do massive damage to his reputation.

I doubt they are, the three stooges are probably lining up some other patsy that they can blame for the teams failings rather than address the bigger issues in the squad and actually question some of Abramovich's choices.
