It seems the questions left unanswered in the "Swans prepare for Laudrup exit" article from the 3rd, have kindly been answered here. After capitalising on rather innocuous quotes, I'm glad this matter has been cleared up. How are they preparing to deal with the "Laudrup exit"? Oh, he isn't exiting, and has signed a new contract. I'm glad the media don't make a habit of 2+2=5 "he's on the way out the door" stories.

Great club, great sounding fans on match of the day, great players, great chairman and amazing manager. I'm glad he has signed up, gives them more security, they did well to offload Brendan who broke all his promises to the club, the compensation and hugely inflated transfer of Joe Allen has put the club on a sound financial footing with the added bonus of having a world renowned manager who commands full respect. If Cardiff get promoted, I hope they do, I doubt they

adly this is inevitable. No club outside the top 4/5 can hang on to anyone who shows that kind of talent anymore. Might be best for them to get as much as they can now while his stock is high and start again. On the plus side lads, Grant Holt is still available.
