Victor Anichebe: Delighted to see Nikica Jelavic back on the scoresheet

The Croatia international netted the second goal of the contest in the final minute of the game at Goodison Park, his first since he found the target in the 2-1 win over Tottenham on 9 December.

"The one (goal) from Ossie (Leon Osman) was great but the one from Jela, for me that was even better," Anichebe told the club's official website.

"We need Jela to get back scoring and he got a bit of luck, which he needed.

"I'm really happy for him because he has been working ever so hard. It was a good all-round team performance, so I'm happy."

Anichebe also revealed that manager David Moyes showed them highlights of their season so far to try and revive spirits following their disappointing display in the 3-0 home defeat to Wigan in the FA Cup.

"The manager showed us a great video of how we had been playing all season so we couldn't be too down," he added.

"That helped us - we actually saw how well we had been playing."
