Yun Suk-young: Determined to make his mark in the Premier League

The 22 year-old defender is set to undergo a medical in the coming days and will join compatriot Park Ji-sung at Loftus Road once his work permit application is accepted.

After being linked to a number of European clubs, Yun is delighted to be nearing a move to England and hopes to make an immediate contribution at QPR.

"I've wanted to play in the Premier League for a long time," he told The Korea Herald.

"I am only focused on making quick adjustments to English football and giving everything I have to become a successful defensive back in the Premier League."

Yun will become the 11th South Korean to ply his trade in England's top-flight should his transfer go through.
