The former Portsmouth and Tottenham Hotspur playmaker returned to England in September on a season-long loan from Dynamo Kiev.

QPR boss Harry Redknapp has now worked with Kranjcar on three occasions and has made no secret of his desire to strike a permanent deal.

The 29-year-old's creative abilities make him a useful weapon in a Championship promotion push and his top-level experience would be crucial if Premier League football is brought back to Loftus Road.

Kranjcar is, however, in no rush to discuss a stay in west London, with everyone at QPR focused on one goal at the moment.

He said in the Fulham Chronicle: "We're all just focused on getting promoted. I will sit down and talk about my future after that.

"My aim is to get this team into the Premier League. With the standard of players we have here, that is where we should be."
