Quite right, Dave...you simply should have been allowed to continue to sweep the deliberate and systematic witholding of player documentation, as required by SPL and SFA rules of membership, under the carpet. As for the witchunt, the SPL and SFA bent over backwards to try and accommodate the bunch of cheats and i would suggest only initiated the independent commission once it was well and truly out in the public domain as to the extent of your efforts to conceal payments and the genie could no longer be put back in the bottle!! Still, lets view a guilty verdict as a victory and vindication. Deny, deny and deflect...the R*nkers way.
