Poyet 'set for Reading talks'

Brighton have given Gus Poyet permission to speak to Reading over their managerial vacancy, according to reports.

Think Gus would be crazy to take the job... although after what he has done for us I would have to wish him well. After the investment Tony Bloom has made in the club with the new stadium and the fancy new academy and training ground in the works I imagine we wont have any issues attracting a decent replacement. Wont happen tho. Gus is a bit of a media wh*re but he's not mad.

Yep, I also think this is a rather odd one. Brighton are a club on the rise and while I don't think they'll quite manage promotion this season (I hope I'm wrong), I think they will continue to improve where as I feel Reading may struggle next season in the Championship.
