The Russian frontman is expected to be on the move once the transfer window re-opens after suffering relegation out of the Premier League.

He only linked up with the Royals in 2012, but has been unable to help them avoid an immediate return to the Championship.

Having proven himself at Fulham and Reading, there is expected to be plenty of interest in Pogrebnyak's services.

A return to his homeland has been mooted, but the 29-year-old's representative claims his client is not looking to leave England just yet.

Oleg Artemov told Sport Express: "Until the season is over we wouldn't say anything.

"Pavel has a contract with Reading and we don't want to reveal our secrets."

Pressed on whether Pogrebnyak would be looking to stay in England, Artemov said: "Yes."

I

think all those names linked to United exits make sense. Kagawa has never really looked like hitting the form he had at Dortmund and Fellaini is radioactive after last season (even though I think he's been unfairly singled out for criticism). Nani and Anderson have had more than their fair share of chances so they are done, and Hernandez deserves better than warming a bench.

e'll be off to Spurs (or better) in January and I don't blame him. Looking forward to re-signing Grant Holt as his replacement though.
