Ross County boss Adams was sent to the stands along with his St Mirren counterpart after the pair clashed during County's 2-1 win in Dingwall.

Both managers are accused of "misconduct at a match by the adoption of a threatening and aggressive attitude towards an opposing member of team staff".

And Lennon is additionally charged with "the repeated use of offensive, insulting and abusive language".

The provisional hearing date for both is March 13, and both have until March 5 to respond to the charges.
