The club have the option of extending the midfielder's contract by a further year, should he impress during the remainder of the current campaign.

Puri's move from Finnish club Kuopion Palloseura received international clearance on Friday and he is eligible to make his bow in Sunday's Scottish Communities League Cup final against Hearts.

The 27-year-old has made 47 appearances for the Estonia national side and spent the 2010-11 season playing in Greece for Larissa before moving to Finland.
