Ayina, who left Racing Santander in the summer, is currently with Inverness as they consider a move for the forward.

The former Paris Saint-Germain man scored in a friendly win over Highland League Clach on Wednesday as he looks to catch the eye of prospective new employers.

The 23-year-old is thought to have impressed Caley boss John Hughes and his coaching staff and he is understood to be preparing an offer for the versatile attacker.

However, Inverness could face a battle for Ayina's signature with several other Scottish clubs and English Championship and League 1 sides keeping tabs on his situation.
