The remainder of the Serie A match between Catania and Roma will now be played on Wednesday night, the Italian football league have announced.

The game was suspended on January 14 in the 65th minute due to a waterlogged pitch at the Stadio Angelo Massimino, with the score at 1-1.

It was initially announced that the final 25 minutes would be played on February 7 if Roma qualified for the Coppa Italia semi-finals or February 15 if they did not.

The Giallorossi were knocked out of the cup, but the clash with Catania will now be played on February 8 at 8pm local time.

t's a bit sad to see Bosingwa leaving after he finally seemed to show some defensive ability when moved to centre back against Barca, but at least we'll be forced to pick up some sort of right fullback as cover. His new haircut seemed to decrease the prominence of the monobrow too.
