Stevan Jovetic: Would relish move to England

Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic has revealed he would relish the challenge of trying to prove himself in the Premier League.

The Montenegro international, 22, has been linked with a number of English clubs after earning rave reviews for his performances in Serie A.

Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all reported to have sent scouts to watch Jovetic over the weekend as they consider their transfer options for the summer.

It would take a big effort to sign Jovetic as he is under contract with Fiorentina until 2016 and is likely to cost in the region £30million.

However, while the player insists he is enjoying life with his current club, he admits he has been interested in English football for some time and would be keen to embark on a new experience.

"I am content in Italy but I'm always looking out to improve myself," he said in the Daily Star.

"I have been looking out for a chance to play in the Premier League and I am prepared for that challenge."

t's a bit sad to see Bosingwa leaving after he finally seemed to show some defensive ability when moved to centre back against Barca, but at least we'll be forced to pick up some sort of right fullback as cover. His new haircut seemed to decrease the prominence of the monobrow too.
