Alejandro Mazzoni insists the Serie A title hopefuls are leading the chase for the Racing Club de Avellanada teenager, who has attracted the interest of several European clubs.
Quoted in the Corriere dello Sport, Mazzoni told Radio Kiss Kiss: "Napoli are looking at Centurion, we will reach an agreement.
"He's got great quality, he's fast with good technique and beats his man easily.
"But a lot of European clubs are interested in him so I can't say for definite that he'll move to Italy in January."
Mazzoni also represents Argentina international striker Ezequiel Lavezzi, who left the San Paolo for Paris St Germain this summer, and current Napoli defender Hugo Campagnaro.
"It's not easy to find a player with his characteristics," Mazzoni added of 19-year-old Centurion.
"It's true that I have a special relationship with Napoli, and if the club are interested in signing him, we'll find a way."
