The Serie A club said on their website that De Rossi had undergone tests today which revealed a minor hamstring injury to his right thigh.
The Italy midfielder will miss Wednesday's Coppa Italia clash with Inter as well as the Serie A games with Bologna and Cagliari and possibly the meeting with Sampdoria.
