Sansone, 25, will spend the rest of the current campaign with Samp before the player's future is discussed at the end of the season.

A statement on read: "Sampdoria have reached an agreement with Torino to acquire half of Gianluca Sansone's registration."

Sansone scored 20 goals for Serie B side Sassuolo last season but only managed five league starts and one goal for Torino following a summer move north.
