Catania have agreed the permanent transfer of Slovakian midfielder Norbert Gyomber from Dukla Banska Bystrica, the Serie A club have confirmed.

The 20-year-old has agreed a four-and-a-half-year deal at the Stadio Angelo Massimino but will finish the current season with top-flight Slovakian club Dukla.

Gyomber, who has made nine appearances for Slovakia at Under-21 level, was voted Dukla fans' player of the season two years ago.
