Carlos Tevez's reluctance to stray away from controversy has seen the striker's relationship with current club Manchester City walk a turbulent path over the last few years.
The Argentine's talent is unquestionable, but his temperament has resulted in several high-profile bust-ups with City and a host of top European clubs are now sniffing around to snare the striker's services.
Serie A rivals AC Milan also appear to have an interest, which has led to reports in Italy claiming a £10million switch could be imminent, while big-spending Monaco were reported to have entered talks with Tevez in March.
With Manuel Pellegrini now in the City hot seat, Tevez's future will be an initial priority for the Chilean - could this mean that the striker's four-year stint at the Etihad Stadium is coming to an end?
Who Wants Him?
Juventus (4/6 to sign Tevez this summer with Sky Bet):The Italian champions are hardly short of world-class strikers, boasting the likes of Alessandro Matri and Mirko Vucinic in their ranks, but remarkably, none of their forwards found the net more than 10 times in Serie A last season. Despite starting infrequently, Tevez still managed 11 Premier League goals in 2012/13, scoring 17 overall and comfortably displaying his worth in one of the most competitive strike forces in world football. Juventus have stressed their intent to purchase Tevez, but whether the striker would fancy a move to Italy remains to be seen.
AC Milan (6/4): Similarly to Juventus, AC Milan by no means struggled to score goals in the last campaign, but only Stephan El Shaarawy notched over 15 goals as Massimiliano Allegri's team finished 15 points off title-winning Juventus. Mario Balotelli made an impressive impact following his January move from the Etihad Stadium, and his influence may yet influence Tevez to join his former team-mate should a deal emerge for the Argentine.
Monaco (5/1): With Monaco already spending near £120million to bring in Radamel Falcao, James Rodriguez and Joao Moutinho in the close season, another striker may not be a priority for billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev's club. While almost every player in world football would be enticed by the prospective financial package on offer to join Monaco, Tevez may not be swayed by the money given that Sheikh Mansour is currently paying for his services. Also, Tevez would probably be unlikely to swap one fight for first-team football for another and it would come as a shock should we see the striker in Ligue 1 next season.

Last season: 47 games, 17 goals - Included a hat-trick in Man City's 3-0 FA Cup win over Barnsley, as well as goals in home and away Premier League victories against Chelsea.
Previous season: 18 games, 4 goals - A turbulent season saw Tevez's relationship with manager Roberto Mancini break down as the striker missed almost seven months of action, but he eventually returned to bag a hat-trick in the 6-1 win at Norwich as City went on to win the Premier League title.
International record: 62 games, 13 goals - In 2004, Tevez was the world's second-highest goalscorer in overall international competition with sixteen goals. He has three World Cup goals to his name, but has not appeared for Argentina since 2011.
Tevez was accidentally scalded with boiling water down his neck as a child, which caused third-degree burns and kept him hospitalised in intensive care for nearly two months

"The Tevez dance" has been attributed to the striker in which Tevez celebrates a goal by putting his hands together, bending down and rocking his body.
In July 2012, Tevez, a big golf fan caddied for his friend Andres Romero at the Open Championship. Romero went on to finish last of the 83 players who made the cut.
What Tevez Says
April 2013:: "I would die to return to Boca. My daughter asks me about that, but it's very difficult at this moment, who would pay the transfer fee? March 2013: "I knew it would be difficult for the (Manchester City) fans to accept me again.
