The recently-crowned Italian champions host Cagliari on Sunday needing only a point to become the first team in the country to reach a century in a given season.

"We certainly have a lot to celebrate," Juve coach Antonio Conte said to Gazzetta dello Sport. "It has been an incredible campaign.

"We have broken every possible record and it will be tough for anyone to match this.

"Only a great Juve could have maintained this tempo and we are proud to have done it."

Juve can also complete a 100 per cent league record at the Juventus Stadium this season while they have already set a record by clinching 32 wins this season in Italy's top flight.

With one game remaining, Torino are hoping to join Fiorentina and Inter Milan in the Europa League next season.

Toro are sixth in the standings, one point clear of nearest rivals Parma.

Parma will have the edge in a head-to-head tie-breaker should the sides finish the Serie A campaign level on points.

Toro travel to Florence to face Fiorentina on Sunday while Parma host relegated Livorno.

AC Milan's chances of finishing sixth are slim.

The Rossoneri need to beat Sassuolo at the San Siro and not only hope that Torino lose but that Parma also fail to win.

Hellas Verona are in a similar situation and their veteran striker Luca Toni will have plenty of motivation to score in Sunday's game at Napoli.

The 36-year-old is determined to finish as the top scorer in the league and has two goals fewer than Torino's Ciro Immobile, who has found the net 22 times but will miss his team's final game through suspension.

Second-placed Roma want to end the campaign on a winning note when they take on Genoa at the Luigi Ferraris stadium.

The Eternal City giants fell 1-0 to Juventus last Sunday, their first loss at home this season.

Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti will make his last appearance for the club against Chievo in Verona on Sunday.

The Argentinian will hang up his boots at the end of the season after a 22-year playing career.

Saturday night's match at home to Sampdoria could be Francesco Guidolin's last game in charge of Udinese.

The Italian tactician has not confirmed if he will remain at the helm of the Friuli outfit following a disappointing campaign.

Atalanta travel to Sicily to face already-relegated Catania on Sunday knowing that a point will see them establish a new club record in Serie A.

The Bergamaschi beat AC Milan 2-1 last weekend to equal the club's 50-point achievement set in the 2006-07 campaign.

Bologna will play their last Serie A match for the foreseeable future when they take on Lazio in Rome on Sunday.

The Rossoblu will play alongside Catania and Livorno in the second tier next season after their dismal campaigns.

PSG were probably not interested and he is stuck with no cake and no vacation. @Jay_D> Surely you jest about FFP being real, right? All Platini is doing is making billionaries pay measly fines, so he and his cronies can get rich. If a fool can pay 50 mil for David Luiz, he will happily pay some fine to UEFA. FFP has failed as for it to succeed UEFA had to take it...
