Barrow has been earning rave reviews for Ostersunds FK this season, scoring eight goals in 15 appearances for the Swedish club.

His performances have not gone unnoticed across Europe and several Premier League and Championship clubs are weighing up moves for Barrow.

Barrow is believed to be available for a cut price €1.5million (£1.2m) fee and Ostersunds FK are unlikely to stand in the player's way if the chance to move to a bigger league comes his way.

The player's agent, Willie McKay confirmed a number of clubs have expressed an interest in Barrow and that the player is keen on a move to England.

"There is a great deal of interest in Modou and that is no surprise as he been the best player in Sweden this season," McKay told Sky Sports.

"I have spoken with several clubs, including Everton, Bolton, Norwich and Sheffield Wednesday about Modou and they are keen on him.

"He is available for as little as €1.5million and he is also on comparitively low wages so he would be a bargain for someone."

Ostersunds FK assistant manager, Billy Reid, who helped bring through the likes of James McCarthy and James McArthur at Hamilton, believes Barrow is one of the best players he has worked with and has backed the 21-year-old to play in the Premier League in the future.

"I would stake my reputation on the line by saying that I fully expect Modou to play in the Premier League because I feel he is good enough to play at the highest level," Reid told Sky Sports.

t's why Mourinho is so successful. He gives players a specific, limited set of functions to perform. They are but a cog in a machine. Do no more, do no less. I assume he learnt it from LvG :)

I

really hope that someone in the mainstream media spots that the Bayern manager played for and managed Barcelona quite well, and thinks to mention it in the build up. That would be really interesting.
