Newcastle defender Sebastien Bassong says he is in talks with two English clubs.
Bassong was one of few bright spots during Newcastle's relegation season, and has been linked with Arsenal, Tottenham and Sunderland among others.
Alan Shearer is keen to keep Bassong at St James' Park, but the 22-year-old Frenchman told Aujourd'hui Sport: "I have started to negotiate with two English clubs."
