Andrie Arshavin has repeated his wish to leave Zenit St Petersburg on the day that Roman Abramovich is said to have told Felipe Scolari that he wants a Russian at Chelsea.
"I would like to move to another club," said Arshavin, though when asked where, he replied: "It's hard for me to say, it depends on a lot of things. So far, there's nothing concrete"
There was talk last week that Barcelona had made a bid for the Euro 2008 revelation but that interest seems to have cooled.
Russian tabloid Tvoi Den claims that Abramovich has told Chelsea boss Felipe Scolari that he wants to see at least one Russian at Stamford Bridge next season.
That leaves Scolari with the choice between Arshavin, Yuriy Zhirkov, Igor Akinfeyev and Roman Pavlyuchenko.

After all Akinfeev doesn't appear especially over-sexed. Actually, come to think of it you may have stumbled upon the best thing ever to happen to the Premiereship - if it has a calming effect on cats and dogs just think how the likes of wii-o ferdinand, ashley hole and wazza rooney could benefit. "Get Roman Pavlyuchenko, he's better than the arseshaver, his tireless running during the games moving defenders all over the place and he is pretty handy at freekicks also. Plus if Chelsea are up against it, they could always do a Liverpool and throw the big man on and hit 80 yard balls upto him all day and hope one sticks. "
