Rennes are set to be without Jerome Leroy and Moussa Sow for several weeks after they were injured against Montpellier.
Midfielder Leroy, who suffered a multiple fracture of his cheekbone, is set to have an operation at the end of the week.
Forward Sow, who was carried off in the Ligue 1 fixture on Saturday, has damaged a thigh muscle.
