Werder Bremen director of sport Klaus Allofs cannot wait for another decade at the club after clocking up his first 10 years at the helm.
Allofs has been linked with moves to several other clubs recently, including Bayern Munich, but he has reaffirmed that there is only one club for him.
"I cannot say it any clearer than this: I am delighted to have landed here," he told the Weser Kurier newspaper.
"I would have nothing against things continuing like this."
Allofs has been in charge along with coach Thomas Schaaf, who arrived two years earlier, during one of the most successful spells in the club's history.
They won the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal in 2004, repeating their cup triumph last season while reaching the final of the UEFA Cup in the process.
But Allofs insists there is still plenty of scope for further improvement.
"Nobody would have thought 10 years ago that we would have so much turnover and have 37,000 members," he added.
"But today, I think we have the potential for 50,000 members."
