ADO Den Haag coach Andre Wetzel appears resigned to losing winger Hursut Meric to Turkish team Genclerbirligi this month.
The 25-year-old's contract in The Hague expires at the end of the season and Wetzel admits his departure looks to be imminent.
Wetzel told AD Sportwereld: "ADO did everything in their power to keep him in The Hague. Hursut can become a very good Eredivisie player.
"But at the same I understand that this is a dream of his and that you may not block such a dream. So the transfer fee will be modest."
Meric played 15 times and scored two goals for ADO in the first half of the Eredivisie campaign.
