Shakhtar Donetsk coach Mircea Lucescu insists his side will not take it easy in Thursday's Europa League clash at home to Club Brugge, even though their place in the last 32 is already secure.
The UEFA Cup holders have won all four of their Group J games so far and only need a draw to guarantee top spot.
They have a five-point lead over second-placed Brugge and are eight ahead of Toulouse in third, and Lucescu wants them to rubber-stamp their progression against the Belgians.
"Tomorrow we certainly expect a tough game," said Lucescu, who has been linked with the Ukraine national team job.
"Of course, our desire is to take first place in the group."
The Romanian added: "One of the factors that can help us play well is a full stadium, which will drive the team forward.
"We must give every effort to sort out the issue of first place tomorrow."
Shakhtar are the most prolific scorers in the group stage, having amassed 14 goals in their four games, including eight in their two home games.
The Ukrainians hammered Brugge 4-1 in the two teams' first game in the group in Belgium in September, having been three goals to the good inside 35 minutes.
Lucescu, though, expects tomorrow's game to be a closer affair.
"I am confident that we will be facing another Brugge tomorrow from the one we played in Belgium," he said.
"From the press and the analysis of what is happening in the team, we can assume that about five players who played against us in the first match will not participate tomorrow and will be replaced by others."
Brugge certainly still have plenty to play for and will qualify if they secure a better result at Shakhtar than Toulouse manage at home against Partizan Belgrade.
The home side should have Brazilian attacking midfielder Fernandinho and Ukraine international Oleksandr Kucher fit for the game.
Brugge welcome back Antolin Alcaraz from suspension, while they have also included 17-year-old goalkeeper Colin Coosemans in their squad.
