Michael Laudrup: Already working on his transfer plans for the summer

Laudrup has reiterated that he is not interested in stockpiling players even though the Swans face a Europa League challenge after winning the Capital One Cup.

While the Swansea manager is keen to trim his squad, he is optimistic of adding some quality to his starting team.

"Right through January I was asked about which players might be coming or going," Laudrup said.

"But just because February 1 came, that didn't mean we could be relieved and that we could stop working because it never stops.

"We are already working for next season. We worked right through the last month and that will continue.

"Being in the Europa League doesn't mean we'll work with a larger squad because I don't believe in having too big a squad," he added.

"Of course there will be some new players arriving and strengthening certain positions. But I don't think it's the moment to talk about the names."
