The Scotland Under-21 international, who spent a three-game emergency loan spell with the Chairboys earlier this season, has returned for another two months.

"We liked what we saw when he was here first time," caretaker manager Gareth Ainsworth told the Bucks Free Press.

"He's highly rated at Spurs and we're lucky to have him."

Young goalkeeper Matt Ingham joined Oxford City on loan last week so Archer will provide cover for experienced shot-stopper Nikki Bull.
