Lewis Holtby: Tottenham midfielder ready to tackle West Ham and Arsenal

Spurs travel to West Ham on Monday night and then play host to Arsenal on Sunday as they look to build on their record of one defeat in 13 matches in the battle for a top-four Premier League finish.

"It's an important game for everyone, for the fans, for West Ham, for us, sitting in fourth spot and trying reach third, it's a vital game," Holtby told the club's official website.

"I can't wait and we've two massive games in a row now, West Ham and Arsenal. It doesn't get better than that. I'm already buzzing for those games."

Holtby was on the bench for the 1-1 draw in Lyon last Thursday, which set up a last-16 Europa League tie with Inter Milan.

And the former Schalke man admits confidence is high among the Tottenham squad at the moment.

"Everyone was so chuffed, delighted for all the hard work we put in and I think we deserved it over the 90 minutes," Holtby added.

"It was great to see the lads so happy and we now go with a good feeling to West Ham on Monday, another huge game."
