Souleymane Coulibaly: Hoping to be given a chance at Tottenham in the near futur

Spurs swooped for the teenage striker in July 2011 after seeing him shine for the Ivory Coast at the U17 World Cup.

He was snapped up with one eye on the future, with the Premier League outfit keen to nurture his raw ability before unleashing him on the English top-flight.

Part of that plan has included a loan spell at Grosseto, with Coulibably currently plying his trade in Serie B.

The 18-year-old feels he has already improved during his short time in Italy and has aired his ambition to make a positive impact at White Hart Lane in 2013/14.

He said: "I am working hard and having to learn the hard way.

"I want to make my name at Spurs next season or in the future, but I have to bide my time because there are some top players in the Premier League in my position.

"Coming here has taught me a lot and hopefully the experience will serve me well in the future."
