The Brazilian playmaker has been with the club since 2009 but has only one La Liga title and one Copa Del Rey to show for his time in the Spanish capital.
And the 31-year-old is hopeful that Bale will fit in well to the ranks at the Bernebau as they try to secure the club's first Champions League crown since 2002.
"He's a very very good player," Kaka enthused. "If he comes to Madrid he will be welcomed."
Bale has reportedly told Andre Villas Boas that he wants to leave Tottenham to wear the famous white shirt of Real and a world record offer of £85m is thought to already be on the table.
And Kaka is hoping it will be enough to persuade Daniel Levy to part with his prized asset.
"He's an amazing player with lots of technical ability skills and tricks. We will be very happy if he comes," he added.
