Wes Thomas: Loaned to Blackpool

Wes Thomas has joined Blackpool on loan from npower League One side Bournemouth.

The 25-year-old striker played under Seasiders boss Michael Appleton earlier this season, scoring three goals in six league games for Portsmouth, and will stay at Bloomfield Road until January.

Thomas began life in non-league football, but has since worked his way up the League pyramid with spells at Dagenham, Cheltenham, and Crawley.
