Wesley Sneijder: Taking his time to deci

Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder says he will not be rushed into making a decision on his future despite pressure from club president Massimo Moratti.

On Monday Moratti urged Sneijder to decide on a proposed move to Turkish side Galatasaray by the end of the day, yet that unofficial deadline came and went without any word on the Dutchman's next move.

Sneijder has been locked in talks with Galatasaray for several days after Inter accepted a reported 10million euro bid for his services, but after stalling on the deal for this long, speculation is growing that the 28-year-old is hopeful of receiving an 11th-hour bid from elsewhere, possibly from a club in the Barclays Premier League.

Despite the prevailing uncertainty, Sneijder is confident he will no longer be at Inter come the end of the month.

"Look, all the players in this market period must decide what to do and where to go by January 31, and I will too," Sneijder told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I'm not in a rush and I won't be rushed.

"After everything I have done I don't want to feel like this, almost forced to choose in a short time on a major step in my life."

Sneijder was by released for the Serie A winter break two games ahead of the rest of the Inter squad and has not featured for the first team since September after rejecting a proposed two million euro pay cut.

Both club and player are eager to bring the uncomfortable stand-off to an end, but Sneijder is adamant his next move will not be driven by the size of the salary on offer, saying: "No, it is not a question of money."
