Juventus have declared an interest in signing Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira.
Tottenham are ready to bid £12m for Burnley striker Danny Ings, according to Sky sources.
Ancelotti has led the Parisians to the quarter-finals of the Champions League and to the top of Ligue 1, where they are seven points ahead of nearest challengers Marseille.
His success has led to suggestions that the Italian could be the next boss of Real Madrid, with Jose Mourinho expected to depart at the end of the season.
However Ancelotti has rejected talk of an exit from the French capital and is determined to bring success to his current employers.
"My goal is to develop a team for winning matches and titles," he told reporters. "I want to stay in Paris."
The title is within their grasp, but PSG could also win the French Cup and the Champions League.
Ancelotti's side drew 2-2 with Barcelona in their quarter-final first leg at the Parc de Princes in mid-week, with Blaise Matuidi's last gasp strike rescuing a draw.
Lionel Messi put the visitors ahead after 38 minutes, before Zlatan Ibrahimovic equalised with 11 minutes left.
Xavi looked to have scored a 89th winner from the spot before Matuidi levelled with what was the last kick of the match.
Barcelona's two away goals put them in control ahead of the second leg in the Nou Camp on Wednesday, but Ancelotti is not ready to panic.
"I do not think that Barcelona will change their philosophy in the second leg, we will not alter either," he said.
