Craig Morgan and Ben Pringle have rejected new contracts at Rotherham and will leave the club on free transfers.
Saido Berahino can leave West Brom "if the deal is right", says manager Tony Pulis.
Former France coach Laurent Blanc has revealed he is set for talks with Paris St Germain on Monday and said "there is a good chance I will sign".
Sports network beIN Sport, which is jointly owned and operated by PSG owners Qatari Sports Investments, claimed on Friday an agreement had been reached for Blanc to take over as coach at the Parc des Princes on a two-year deal.
That was subsequently denied by Blanc's agent Jean-Pierre Bernes, who said negotiations were still ongoing, but the former France, Barcelona and Manchester United defender has now confirmed that he is due to speak with PSG on Monday and expects a deal to be struck.
The 47-year-old was quoted as saying by Le Parisien: "I'll be in Paris on Monday for discussions. There is a good chance that I will sign.
"I cannot say much more for now, we'll know more later in the week. PSG is a great opportunity, it is a very good club. This is very interesting."
Should Blanc be confirmed as PSG's new coach, then it would pave the way for last season's title-winning boss Carlo Ancelotti to take up the vacant managerial position at Real Madrid.
Italian Ancelotti is considered the firm favourite to replace Jose Mourinho at the Spanish giants following the Portuguese's move to Chelsea.
