Former Manchester City and Chelsea defender Tal Ben Haim has signed a two-year contract with Standard Liege, the Belgian club have confirmed.
The 31-year-old Israeli, who was a free agent after leaving QPR in the summer, spent nine years in English football with seven different clubs after signing for Bolton from Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2004.
A statement published on Standard's official website read: "The club reached an agreement with the Israeli defender this afternoon.
"The player has signed a contract for two seasons with Les Rouches."
Ben Haim has made 72 appearances for Israel and also represented Sunderland, Portsmouth and West Ham during his time in England.
