Dean Brill: Pens Inverness deal

Dean Brill has signed a permanent contract with Inverness Caledonian Thistle which will keep him in the Highlands until 2017.

The English goalkeeper was on loan in the Highlands having joined the club on a six-month deal in the summer.

Brill quickly established himself as a fans' favourite with a string of fine displays, and has kept six clean sheets so far this season, helping the club to second place in the Scottish Premiership behind leaders Celtic.

Club chairman Kenny Cameron said: "Discussions with Dean and Luton have been on-going but they have now been brought to a highly satisfactory conclusion.

"Luton have cancelled the remainder of his two-year contract which was due to expire next summer.

"That has cleared the way for us to reach agreement with Dean and I am extremely pleased that he has signed a three-and-a-half year contract with us."
