mostik - Never thought I'd read "Anderson" and "light in the middle" in the same sentence.

Cech to Arsenal? Why would Chelsea sell Arsenal the best keeper in the league? Why not just give them Mata and Hazard while their at it.

Looks to me as if Wanyama is exactly what Arsenal need, if I were Wenger would make him the priority signing. Hard as nails, can win the ball, is good on the ball, quick & a real leader. Wiltshire would certainly benifit from his presence.

I am hoping Fergie makes a bid for Wanyama, I don't see Scholes getting another year and I think Anderson might be sold so we would be light in the middle without reinforcements; that said we have been light in the middle for the best part of 10 years!

whilst i agree, Kenny Dalglish cannot shy away from the fact that the players purchased under his leadership were his choices, he was in no way responsible for the huge transfer fees and wages paid out. The Board and Commiolli take a bow on that one im affriad. Ps, easy to spend someone elses money isnt it daniel?

Good to see more than one club after Wanyama as he,s going to be one good player,he,s done really well at celtic and we will be sad to see him leave but thats buisness, really think he,s worth more but £10 mil is a good profit on the guy, hooper will be next but he,s not half the player Wanyama is
