James Milner a January target for Everton, Arsenal and Liverpool; Man United want Hummels, Strootman and Ronaldo.

DE JONG ONES
We begin with news (from The Sun) that simultaneously makes us both happy and sad. Nigel de Jong to return to the Premier League - possibly with Arsenal? Yay. Nigel de Jong to return to the Premier League - possibly with QPR? Boo.

We love him. Please come and be Arsenal's (very) hard man.

In other Arsenal news, the Daily Mail claim that both Inter Milan and Tottenham will rival the Gunners for the signature of Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata after Carlo Ancelotti admitted the young striker will be allowed to leave this summer.

MORENO MOVE STALLS
'Liverpool are ready to play hard ball over their number one defensive target Alberto Moreno,' claim the Daily Mirror, who say that - despite reports elsewhere - there has been no fee agreed for the Spanish left-back. Sevilla are asking for £18m and are reportedly trying to start an 'auction'. Alternatives for Liverpool include Ryan Bertrand - fresh from an underwhelming loan spell at Aston Villa - for £7m. The same report says that Liverpool are stil negotiating for Southampton's Adam Lallana and Dejan Lovren.

Elsewhere, reports in Portugal suggest that Suso cuold be on his way to Porto for just £4m.

CHEEKY CHELSEA
'Chelsea are trying to structure a deal to sign Cesc Fabregas that would lead to Arsenal missing out on any payment for their former midfielder,' say the Daily Telegraph, who claim that the Blues are keen to pay £27m for the Spanish midfielder just so the Gunners do not get half of any profit made from his sale.

But no need to panic, Chelsea fans, 'the issue is not a deal-breaker and there is hope that progress could be made on a deal this week'.
