The Scraping Gossip

Isco wants out and could join Liverpool or Arsenal, who are apparently ready to bid big for Edinson Cavani in January.

Presumably you've all been paying attention and know that Juan Cuadrado is a Colombian winger who plays for Fiorentina. And presumably you all know that he is valued at a quite spectacular £32m and you may also know that Barcelona have apparently bid a desultory £20m and been told by the Italian club to jog on. Well now the Gazzetta dello Sport are claiming that Manchester United are also interested. Though we suspect that Edward Woodward will raise his eyebrows at those fancy prices.

Elsewhere, there are short and lazy links to Manchester United for Sami Khedira (El Confidencial) and Ander Herrera (AS), while Marca are claiming that Real Madrid would be prepared to pay £33m for Adnan Januzaj.

This morning the name in the frame was Ricardo Rodriguez and now - thanks to a report in Le 10 Sport - it's all about Sporting Lisbon's Argentina international Marcos Rojo, who will cost Liverpool around £10m after they apparently moved ahead of Arsenal, Manchester United and Monaco in the race for his signature.

You may have seen Rojo in action during Argentina's 2-1 win over Bosnia & Herzegovina 2-1. Apparently he can do a rabona; we suspect Jon Flanagan would struggle.

Mind you, according to De Telegraaf in Holland, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund have contacted Marc Overmars to make their interest in Daley Blind known. He's said he won't talk about his future until after the World Cup.

This must be the fortieth player linked to United. Whats more ridiculous is that no player seems to be mentioned more than once. Each day we have two or three new players that nobody has ever heard of. Its almost as if nobody knows what theyre talking about
