The 21-year-old scored once in nine games during a loan spell at Accrington earlier in the campaign and will now end the term with the promotion-chasing Blue Square Bet South side.
The attacking midfielder told Watford's official website: "I need continuous playing time and I wanted to go back to basics and enjoy playing football again.
"I think Boreham Wood will be a good move for that. I enjoyed my time at Accrington, but when it ended I wanted to be closer to home.
"Now I just want to concentrate on playing for the rest of the season and see where we go from there.
"Accrington was a big step for me. I've never been that far away from home before. I learned a few things, on and off the pitch. I want to thank everyone up there, because I made some good friends and the town is great.
"I managed to get on the scoresheet while I was there, so hopefully I can score some more at Boreham Wood and, most importantly, play regularly."
