However, it has emerged that Reid could yet remain at The Hawthorns depending upon the identity of West Brom's new coach.

West Brom announced their retained list last week and Reid was one of those who, at that time, they had not agreed terms with.

And, while Reid is free to talk with other clubs, it is understood that communication with West Brom is continuing should their new coach decide he would like to keep the former Republic of Ireland international.

Newly-promoted Burnley, Queens Park Rangers, Brighton and Leeds are among the clubs looking at the 33-year-old, who can play in defence or midfield.
