Jamie O'Hara: Calling for team-mates to discover self-belief

Saturday's 2-1 home defeat to Blackpool leaves new boss Dean Saunders yet to taste victory in three matches since his appointment, with Wanderers now winless in six league games and having registered just three victories in their previous 19.

The Black Country club currently sit 18th in the table, seven points off the drop zone, and midfielder O'Hara is calling for his team-mates to have faith in their methods as they aim to put a string of results together.

"It is difficult to put a finger on what has happened this season," he told the club's official website. "In training we are working on how we want to play and it all looks good.

"Maybe sometimes we are just not believing in what we are doing when we are out there in games. We need to be confident that what we are doing will get us results.

"It may take time with a new manager coming in with new ideas but we have to have the belief."
