Van La Parra is out of contract at Heerenveen this summer and Wolves are hoping to lure him to England.

Wolves boss Kenny Jackett is busy planning for life back in the Championship next season and has identified Holland Under 21 international as one of his top targets.

The 22-year-old began his career at Feyenoord before moving to French club Caen in 2008.

Van La Parra joined Heerenveen in 2011 and the versatile attacker has impressed during his time in the Eredivisie.

The Dutchman has scored five goals for Heerenveen this season and sources in Holland claim he is close to agreeing a deal to join Wolves on a free transfer upon the expiration of his contract at Heerenveen.
