Billy Clifford: Joining Yeovil on loan

Clifford, 20, has risen through the ranks at Stamford Bridge and despite not yet making a first-team appearance, enjoyed a loan deal at League One Colchester over the second half of last season.

He made 18 appearances and went on to bag his first and only professional goal to date against the Glovers in Colchester's 2-0 victory at the Weston Homes Community Stadium in late February.

Clifford, whose loan deal runs until January 3, will now look to help Yeovil survive the Championship next term following May's play-off success at Wembley.

His arrival at Huish Park comes on the same day as Liverpool striker Michael Ngoo signed on a season-long loan.

think he'll do quite well. My only reservation would be Kagawa, who had similar stats to Firmino in the bundesliga before he came, but time will tell.
